Distribute Blue, grow together
As a Blue Authorized Distributor (DA), you distribute Blue mobile products and services across your network. Below are the eligibility criteria, the documents you need to prepare, and the step-by-step recruitment process.
Who can become a partner
Activity: distribution of Blue mobile products and services. To qualify as an Authorized Distributor, you must meet all of the following:
Cameroonian nationality
Be a Cameroonian national or a company registered in Cameroon.
Distribution network
Have an established distribution network for mobile products and services.
Commercial premises
Operate premises open to the public, with Blue visibility and signage.
Sales force of up to 70 Brand Ambassadors
Up to 70 Brand Ambassadors — 60 identifiers and 10 activators.
Commercial managers
Have commercial managers, each supervising at least 35 Brand Ambassadors.
Documents to prepare
Your application file must include the following. Make sure every document is valid and up to date.
An up-to-date tax file
- Location plan
- Registration certificate
- Trade register
- Non-indebtedness certificate
- Taxpayer card
- Colour national ID card (CNI)
- Company legal status
Proof of financial capacity
- At least 50 million FCFA.
Valid ART approval
- An up-to-date licence from the telecoms regulator (ART).
How to become a Blue partner
From application to integration, here is the step-by-step recruitment process.
Apply
New applicants apply through a call for applications or from the waiting list of the previous call for tenders. Existing partners have their Authorized Distributor contract reviewed and the partnership analysed.
Review & analysis
Application files are opened, studied and analysed against the eligibility criteria and required documents.
Selection
Successful candidates are selected and recruited as Blue Authorized Distributors (DA).
Contract & business forum
Contracts are drafted and signed, and a business forum is organised to onboard new distributors.
Integration kit
You receive your integration kit: a signed contract copy, SIM cards, Blue offers, your coverage zone and more — ready to start distributing.
